I start by learning how the work is being done now and what is getting in the way. Then we can decide whether a custom AI product makes sense or something already on the market would work better.
That depends on the problem. A custom product could replace a shared spreadsheet the whole team is expected to keep updated. It could become a system the team uses to manage a highly specific part of the business. It could analyze information and recommend work that needs to be completed.
There is no fixed menu. We would define the product around the problem and how it will actually be used.
Good fits for a build
Discovery starts with detailed questions about the part of your business you want to improve. We’ll look closely at how the work is being done so I can understand the problem. From there, we can decide whether a product would help and what it would need to do.
If a custom product makes sense, I’ll define the scope and give you the expected timeline and cost. I’ll also tell you about any existing products worth considering so you can compare them with the custom option.
If you decide to move forward, I’ll build the product alongside your team. We’ll work through decisions and changes together throughout the process. Once it’s ready, I’ll help put it into use. The finished product belongs to you.
We’ll talk about the likely cost and whether ongoing support will be needed. For larger projects, we can build one part at a time and decide whether to continue as we go. If I don’t think the project is worth the cost, I’ll tell you.
Book a short discovery call. Come with a specific problem, or just come to explore. Either way, we'll figure out what's worth building and where to start.
